****************************************************************************************I BELIEVE THE CONDITION OF THESE BOOKS IS GOOD AND FAIR. The Sunset (1975) book has been well loved and is showing its age with some interior staining and loose binding. Pages are starting to pull out, but the recipes are still incredible! The Home Cooking Library book is in very good used condition.PLEASE READ!!!
I have tried to give each book its own grade for the condition it is in. I am not an expert AND I AM NOT A DEALER, so please dont be upset if you think a book should be in a different category. I am a consumer like you! Most of these books were used in the home, classroom or homeschool setting, so they could have the teacher or family name on them.
KEY to book condition:LNC = Like New Condition = No marks, stickers, folds or nameVGC = Very Good Condition = These books could very well be Like New, but might have either owner name on the inside or outside of the cover, or it could just have a color sticker on it. Might have very minor shelf wear on the edges.GC = Good Condition = Show a little more wear than VGCUC = Used Condition = Very loved books over a longer time, but still a lot of happy reading left!

Thank you for looking at our wonderful books! With the recent passing of a much loved parent, I am in the process of cleaning out a lifetime of their books. Most books were lovingly shelved, but some of the older books have been stored in boxes on shelves in the basement and might have a smell to them. They are from a non-smoking home, but some were bought used or are ex-library books so I cannot guarantee all of the original homes. All books have been wiped with disinfecting wipes. There were no books that we found that had any mold or mildew. However some of the cooking books have ?cooking? stains and some of the painting books have ?painting? stains and some may have ?drink rings?. They did have a dog that sometimes tried to turn the pages of the books without success and so there may be some dog nibbles. I have noted any and all of this on ALL books specifically. I am not a dealer and may miss some marks or stains, but they will be minor. If a book is listed in Like New Condition, it is! I have done my best to label each and take actual photos. I am human though! If you have ANY questions, please email me and I will respond as immediate as possible, usually within 12 hours. We pride ourselves in our customer service and satisfaction, look at our rating!
