PAYMENT METHODS - We accept payment via PAYPAL or by UK Cheque or UK Postal Order. Direct Bank payments are NOT accepted. Payment must be received within 7 days unless by prior agreement. Credit card payments via Switch/Maestro, Visa and Mastercard are also accepted for purchases over £10.00.

CONDITION – For our new books, which are mostly publisher's remainders, small number of these may have minor imperfections, we would always inform you in our description of any visable imperfection should there be one, remainder marks are noted.
With secondhand/rare/antiquarian books, and all our original antique prints, postcards and stamps we make every effort to describe the condition of these items as accurately as possible. Due to our large international customer base and previous experience as an Auction House Specialist in the Netherlands, we have incorporated a largely European method of description, listing as many of the faults visible as possible, including the ones most UK auction houses and sellers would not mention.
RETURNS - If you wish to return your purchase for a refund you are welcome to do so within 7 days of purchase. The return postage cost is your responsibility and the item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was dispatched.
DELIVERY - Your item will be dispatched within 3 working days of your payment reaching us. Items are always packaged with good quality materials and the utmost care and attention without exception. Large prints will be sent via postal tube. Postage method is generally 1st or 2nd class in the UK and Airmail for international orders, unless by agreed alternative arrangement.
