SHIPPING RATES:
Due to the new USPS structure starting on May 14th, 2007, all of our auctions will be WEIGHT BASED from this point forward. Shipping by WEIGHT instead will make the shipping charges more accurate, and will also allow an easier weight quote for multiple wins shipped in the same parcel. Please see the shipping calculator at the bottom of the listing for available shipping methods and rates. Please be aware that cheaper shipping methods such as Media Mail or Parcel Post can sometimes take up to 3 weeks to deliver, especially during holiday periods.
Insurance is strongly recommended for domestic purchases. Your package will be carefully prepared and shipped from our little establishment, however, we cannot be responsible beyond that point for packages lost or damaged by the post office. Insurance rates will be USPS standard rates, and will be determined by the total bid value of the package should you choose this option. Higher priced auctions may require insurance to be included with the shipping price.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
We utilize the Paypal Shipping Label system. Once we send your product, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with a USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking number. You can check this number on the USPS website at www.usps.com. Please be aware that this number will not usually give much information on the USPS website other than a confirmation on when it arrives at your local Post Office. Information en-route is not always updated by the Postal Service, and it is not unusual to only see that a label has been printed for several days after the item has been shipped..

RETURN POLICY:
If the item you receive is not as we have described it, we will make it right - guaranteed. We have a great respect for the eBay system, and believe that honesty is the best policy. We sell used items as well as new and attempt to describe the condition of any item to the best of our ability, so please read the description fully before bidding. If there are any other circumstances that make you want to return an item, please contact us. Items such as CDs, DVDs, and other media that can be duplicated cannot be returned unless not as described.
BIDDING:
Please do not bid on an item until you have read the description in it's entirety and are sure you want to bid on it! If you are unsure of the details of a listing, please email us with your question before placing a bid. Please keep in mind that Sellers are charged fees by Ebay based on the amount of the starting bid as well as the amount of the winning bid. This becomes a big problem when bidders do not pay.
Our policy is that you please pay or email your intent to pay within 5 days of your winning bid. We are happy to wait, but we need to know what your intention is. If we do not hear from a winning bidder within 7 days of their winning bid, we will have no choice but to file a non-paying bidder strike against them and re-list the item.
