PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID-‘Note for Multi WON Auctions’-With Ebay FEES, fuel cost, office supplies, and postage so high now, I am doing my best to keep the SHIPPING AND HANDLING Cost as low as I can without loosing too much…I combine shipping in my Ebay Store, which is clearly stated, but in running auctions I come up with a SHIPPING HANDLING charge once you are done shopping, and the charge can depend on the closing cost of MULTIPLE WON AUCTIONS, that is why I do not state combined shipping in my auctions; since many of my auctions start way below my cost price for the item. If your package arrives with a Postal shipping label, then understand I also PAID for a Delivery Confirmation number from the U.S. Post Office. Not all packages will be sent with that label. (Note:Delivery Confirmation from the U.S. Post Office is NOT a tracking number, because Not all packages are scanned, USPS sometimes forgets to do that, and I CAN NOT Stress enough that I am NOT responsible for scanning, handling, or delivery time of your packages once it is in transit. Insurance is a good idea, for that is the ONLY way the USPS will look for a package that did not reach you. I do NOT give refunds on lost packages (but I will state here that thank goodness NO packages were lost last year...). I will offer Delivery Confirmation WITH INSURANCE as a 'package single cost fee'. If you want a delivery Confirmation label on your package YOU can purchase the Insurance / Delivery Confirmation cost. Sorry, no Insurance or Delivery Confirmation available out of U.S. I do not issue refunds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but, IF a Refund is given for some reason, it will only be for the auction item itself NOT for the shipping and handling fee.
