This is a great little cookbook called The Fabulous Egg Cookbook. It has many great recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are recipes for omelets, souffles, custards, deviled eggs, and many, many more. Although the book has a copyright date of 1979, it is in excellent condition with just some yellowing of the pages - there are no rips or markings on any of the pages. You won't be disappointed!
