Purchased new. Very good condition. Minimal wear to the book, as would be expected from a book read once.
I will ship internationally. Flat rate shipping/handling charges of $3.15 for Media Mail for a single item up to 2 lbs shipped within the continental US, but all other locations will be calculated based on available shipping methods (cheapest option available at less than 9days for delivery), actual shipping cost plus $1 and necessary change to round up to an even dollar amount. Delivery Confirmation or related tracking number included on all packages – confirmation number will be uploaded to the ebay auction will not be e-mailed. Item shipped in plastic bag in small box (size/quantity dependent) with appropriate packing material.
