A collection of photos of some of the best art and artifacts
The three catalogues are for the following Sotheby auctions
(1) Held in Oct 1996 in London: Modern and Contemporary Indian Paintings, One Hundred Years, catalogue has images of lots 1 to 158
(2) Held in May 1997 in London: The Indian Sale, catalogue has images of lots 1 to 507
(3) Held in New York in Oct 1997(50th Anniversary of India's independence) : Modern and Contemporary
Indian Paintings, catalogue has images of lots 1 to 156
The Catalogues are in excellent condition, the photographs are beautiful with great color production. I have put up images of some of the pages but it is difficult to show the incredible variety.
